1922 "Messages and Papers of the Presidents" in Twenty-Volumes

A twenty-volume set of Messages and Papers of the Presidents. This book set is presented in black leatherette covers with gilt lettering at the spine and the Presidential Seal at the front. This supplement edition was commissioned by Bureau of National Literature and includes a signed certificate of authenticity dated October 4, 1923. This volume was published by the Bureau of National Literature in 1922. The set includes volumes one-nineteen with two encyclopedic indexes.
