A circa 1915 antique Japanese handwoven formal crested silk crepe furisode kimono, hand painted with yuzen resist-dyed design, metallic gold couching, multicolored embroidery and surihaku metallic gold leaf accents. This black kimono features sensu (folding fan) and kamon motifs. The multicolored fans are filled with momiji (autumn leaves), fawn spot, ume (plum blossom), kiri (paulownia tree), sasanoha (bamboo leaf) and other motifs. It has five white yuzen resist-dyed kamon crest, two to the chest and three along the shoulders. The interior is lined in red and black silks.
