A circa 1925 vintage Japanese handwoven silk crepe formal five crested furisode kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist-dyed designs and surihaku gold and platinum leaf accents. This orange kimono presents yellow and white kiku (chrysanthemum) and rangiku (chrysanthemum with disordered petals) patterns, with green hued kiri (paulownia) leaves and a surihaku platinum leaf kawa (river) motif to the bottom right. It features five white mon crest, two to the chest and three to the top of the back. The lower portion of the interior is lined in the same decorated silk crepe as the exterior, the sleeves are lined in orange silk and the remaining interior is lined in white silk. It has a weighted hemline.
