An Indian carved wood settee. This piece features a shaped crest rail with carved embellishments featuring urn and acanthus leaf motif. The back panels feature carved, open work design and block supports topped with finials. The settee features straight armrests and flank a removable seat cushion and six accent pillows. This piece rises on straight, carved legs joined by a pierced apron and terminating on rounded feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
