Item Details

A mid-20th century French Provincial style painted desk and chair. This set includes a rectangular top desk with green leather inlay panel and scalloped edges. The table features a sliding panel to two sides and three aligned drawers to the front. The drawers feature decorative hardware with acanthus leaf embellishments. The desk rises on cabriole legs. Also includes a side chair with curved and carved crest rail over a cane panel back. The chair includes an upholstered seat and rises on Louis XVI style legs. There are no visible maker’s marks.
