An antique Longwy French chinoiserie mounted porcelain vase. This cylindrical vase features a high relief hand-painted design depicting colorful birds among a rocky shore and clouds on an ivory toned ground, while framed at the rim with a fret pattern. The vase is mounted on a brass footed base with figurative phoenix legs, and floral motifs, and capped with a beaded rim. It is hand-painted to the underside ‘Longwy’, along with possible pattern numbers and other markings.
