Item Details
A Rookwood Pottery Fiona ornament housed in its original box. Fiona is the famous hippo that was born underweight on January 24, 2017 at the Cincinnati Zoo. The front bears an embossed image of Fiona swimming with vegetation off to the side. ‘FIONA’ is embossed in block letters. The back reads A Star Is Born with a small narration about her remarkable birth and survival. The Rookwood company logo is impressed on the back with artist’s initials ‘MG’, designed by Mary Guanciale. A manufactured hole is present with a hanging string. The box and paperwork are included.
