A vintage hand-knotted Persian Bijar area rug. The rug features an elongated field in burnt orange with exaggerated central medal and pendants in shades of gold, coral, indigo, aqua, orange and taupe. The field is surrounded by carnation minor borders and a repeating lobed flower principal border. Either end of the rug features cotton warp fringe ends.
