A 1960s vintage Josef Hůrka for Napako two-arm floor task lamp. The lamp is comprised of two cream finish metal shades, with ‘Napako’ brand stickers attached to the interiors, connected to silver tone adjustable arms, ending in a cream finish center pole and a round base.
