Item Details
A circa 1940 vintage Japanese handwoven silk crepe kofurisode kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist-dyed design, surihaku metallic gold leaf accents, metallic gold couching and embroidered accents. This off-white kimono has a burgundy, red, orange, green, blue, pink, brown and black color palette. It has fan, chrysanthemum and other floral motifs as well as kiku (chrysanthemum), hanabishi, shippō (seven treasures) and other pattern accents. The interior is lined in white silk.
