A women’s late 19th century Qing dynasty (1644-1911) handwoven silk damask long ao (襖) robe. This gold tone silk garment features an embroidered floral pattern and pink trim with ruyi details to the mandarin collar, placket, sleeve cuffs and bottom hem. Toggle closures along the collar and side complete the garment.

- to Fair; right shoulder seam pulled, not torn, pulls to fabric lower left, collar seam torn.
