A vintage oil painting signed by listed artist Paul Strisik (1918 – 1986). This painting depicts a small path through a forest down which a herd of sheep are walking. In the background, several buildings can be made out on the other side of a lake. The colorful palette includes striking shade of green, blue, red, brown, and white. The painting is framed with gold-toned wood with a linen spacer. There is a metal hanging wire attached to the verso.

Paul Strisik (1918 – 1986) is a Massachusetts artist who studied at the Art Student League in New York. His work has been exhibited at the National Academy of Design in New York, Museum of Fine Arts in Santa Fe, Whistler Museum in Massachussets, and the Catto Gallery in London, England.
