Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Tabriz wool accent rug. This rug has a muted palette beginning with an ivory field that features a central pendant medallion enclosed by coordinating mauve grounded spandrels. The field also features an allover floral design with flower filled vases at each end and sprays and blooms throughout. Other field and border colors include hues of brown, bright blue, pale yellow, and peach. Framing the field is a main stylized herati border, along with chained floret guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
