A Duncan Phyfe style mahogany dining set featuring a wooden table with recessed edge tabletop accented with plain skirt and resting upon two pedestals. The pedestals have three splayed legs that terminate to metal end caps with muted silver paint finish. This lot has eight chairs in two styles. One set has a straight crest rail with pierced geometric backsplat highlighted with acanthus leaves while the others have arched crest rails with pierced scroll backsplats. All the chairs have reeded round tapering legs with arrow feet and the table and chairs have a muted grey-green paint finish with faux streak texturing to add age and distress. This item corresponds with item #598-029 in this sale.
