Item Details
An antique hand-knotted Persian Lamberan carpet runner. This wool rug features crenulated medallions to the center in a palette of charcoal, steel blue, cream, salmon and orange on a crimson field. The field is populated with rectilinear medallions with hooked elements. The rug has a primary border with a floral design on navy with a geometric outer band, overcast edges, finishing in cotton ivory warp fringe at either end. It is unmarked.
