A hand-knotted Persian Qashqai wool long rug. This rug is rendered in a variegated palette of red, orange, brown, and ivory. The field has a square paneled design each infilled with a rectilinear floral and foliate motif, while framed in a leaf border, as well as sawtooth guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool and possible goat hair warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
