A hand-knotted Persian Qashqai wool long rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of red, indigo, orange, white, and gray. The red hued field features two poles of stepped medallions each infilled with a cruciform shape. Framing the field is a stylized floral meander, as well as a checkered guard border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
