Oak Carved Victorian Buffet, 19th Century

Item Details

An antique Victorian carved buffet in oak with a light natural finish and rounded edge top. This piece has two bow front drawers to the top of the case above two cabinet doors and a full length drawer below. The case is embellished with carved acanthus leaves to the cornices and deeply carved scroll and foliate motif recessed panel cabinet doors. Both sets of drawers have twisted brass pulls on scrolled brass plates and the cabinet doors open by included key. This buffet has ogee scrolls to the base, a small plain skirt and rests on casters.
