A hand-knotted Persian Malayer wool long rug. This rug is rendered in a variegated palette of red, blue, cream, gray, pink, and brown. The red hued field features an allover herati design, while framed in carnation meander borders, and an Arab border to three sides. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
