Circa 1912 Mahogany Victor-Victrola

Item Details

An antiquhe Mahogany Victor-Victrola. This record player features a mahogany construction with a tapered rectangular body, waved skirts, and resting on scrolled legs terminating in casters. Two sets of cabinets adorn the front of the piece, which open to reveal multiple wooden shelves. The corners of the body are decorated by simple carved acanthus leaf detail with scrolling. A metal crank extends from the right side of the piece, and a label to the interior indicates “Victor, Victor Talking Machine Co., Style VV-XIV, 21036 B.”
