Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Baluch wool rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of red, black, cream, and burgundy. The field features a mina khani design, while framed in a main border designed with serrated forms. Helping frame the field is a triangle patterned, and a stylized running dog guard border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
