Victorian Sewing Table with Chess Board Top

Item Details

An antique, trumpet shaped Victorian sewing table with checked game top. The octagonal top has a dark and light checked inlay in the center, forming the game board, which is surrounded by a banded inlay. The top lifts up to a divided interior and lift-put center lid that accesses a center storage section. The table stands on a ring turned base on cabriole legs with zigzag inlay.
