A hand-knotted Persian Hamadan wool runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of red, blue, ivory, brown, pink, and orange. The red hued field features a lattice of serrated medallions in multiple styles, while infilled and surrounded by floral motifs. Framing the field is a main carnation meander border over tan, along with two S patterned guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
