French Provincial Style Cabinet

Item Details

A French Provincial style cabinet. This rectangular top piece with scalloped pediment overhangs a carved frieze above two central cabinet doors with raised, shaped panels flanked by a cabinet door to each side. The central cabinet doors open to shelving and a pierced back panel. The side cabinet doors feature wire and fabric panels opening to shelves. The lower base features three aligned drawers with recessed panels and pull handles. This piece terminates on squat cabriole feet joined by a scalloped apron. There are no visible maker’s marks.
