A hand-knotted Persian Kashan wool palace sized runner. This rug has an open burgundy hued field framed in an ornate floating border of scrolling foliate motifs in colors of beige and brown. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
