Item Details
A group of three antique Victorian ebonized and spindle-back parlor chairs, late 19th century. The frames feature shell-carved crests with incised foliate motifs above three-spindle backs, all of which is flanked by ring-turned stiles with ball finials. The padded, horsehair-stuffed seats are upholstered in foliate-patterned, silk and the chairs rise on ring-turned, front legs joined by spindled, box stretchers to the raking, back legs.
