A limited edition hardcover titled Leon Bakst by Carl Einstein from the collection of beloved actress Judy Garland. With German language text and complete with 42 full-page color plate illustrations, including 19 pochoirs, with tissue paper guards. There are also six tipped-in illustrations to the biographical section. Leon Bakst (1866-1924) was a Russian painter and ballet costume and set designer. This volume is a limited edition, numbered 210/330, published 1927 by Ernst Wasmuth of Berlin.

- to fair, cracked hinges, book tape repairs to spine, scratches to boards. A “Judy” sticker is affixed to the cover and an “Ex-Libris Judy Garland” bookplate is present to the inner cover.
