A 19th century gilt bronze and porcelain Sèvres style figural mantel clock. The clock has a drum case framed by a rosette garland around a brass bezel and a blue porcelain face with hand-painted floral decoration, black Roman numerals and brass openwork hands, with two key arbors. The clock rests on a pedestal to one side of a robed figure holding a staff and pick axe. The clock pedestal and figure stand on a splayed base with Neoclassical design elements and a figural medallion in relief to the front. The base and bask are a frame; the clock is not marked.
