A Chinese hardwood apothecary cabinet, early/mid 20th century. This rectangular top piece with conforming case features recessed side panels and petite drawers to the facade. The forty-five drawers feature ring pull and bail handles with painted Chinese characters. This piece terminates on hoof style feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- some marks and scratches throughout; few areas of finish wear throughout; slight wobble; veneer chipping off on sides; some cracks to one side.
