Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a vibrant palette of scarlet, cobalt, ivory, cerulean, magenta, chartreuse, goldenrod, mint, and walnut. The scarlet hued field begins with a floral filled pendant medallion enclosed by ivory grounded spandrels, along with floral sprays and palmettes. Framing the field is are thin borders of Hamadan, and sawtooth patterns. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
