A hand-knotted Indo-Persian area rug. This rug features palmettes and curling, floral vines in hues of cream, taupe, rust red to burgundy, brown, cerulean blue to teal, and dark blue. It has a wide main border with palmettes and delicate meandering vines, flanked by guard borders with stylized florets. The rug is finished in ivory cotton warp fringe.
