Renaissance Revival Chest of Drawers and Mirror by Meader of Cincinnati

Item Details

A circa 1870s antique chest of drawers with an attached mirror, in walnut with a white marble top. It features carved and burled wood grain accents. The mirror has an arched shape and is flanked by two small shelves or ledges to either side, with numerous carved accents and finials adorning the frame. The piece has six drawers with hanging pulls and pin-and-crescent joints, and stands on its base. By Meader Furniture Company of Cincinnati, marked to the interior of the top right drawer.
