A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Gabbeh wool accent rug. This rug offers a plush pile, and is rendered in a variegated and abrashed palette of burgundy, yellow, teal, green, blue and white. The field features a geometric checkerboard design as well as wolf and stag motifs and two tree designs. Finishing this rug are striped overcast selvedges, short kilim skirts and an ivory cotton warp fringe to the ends.
