Edo Period Lacquer Inro with Hediao Carved Fruit Pit Ojime
Item Details
A Japanese Edo Period (1603-1868) five part Inro in gold and silver takemaki-e and hiramaki-e lacquer decoration illustrating a hilly landscape with waterfalls. The five section case is carried at the sash of the kimono by a silk cord with a threaded and finely hediao carved peach pit ojime bead.
