Hand-Knotted Indo-Persian Wool Accent Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Persian accent rug. This wool pile rug is rendered in a palette of crimson, ebony, cocoa, camel, sage, and ivory. It is centered with a chain of rectangular medallions, each infilled with arrowed designs and edged with medahil forms. Framing the field is singlular border comprised of diamond, cruciform, and eight-pointed star motifs over ebony. The rug is finished with overcast barber pole selvedges and cotton warp fringe. It is unlabeled.
