Chinese Pine Bucket and Plates

Item Details

A Chinese wooden lidded bucket filled with eleven wood plates. Handle to carrier slides sideways to pull out the pegged closure. Eleven plates are stacked one on top of the other to the inside. Marked ‘Jiangxia qian shi’ (江夏遣適) to the underside.

Condition

- shows surface wear to outside and to the plates on the inside.
- plates have cracks
