Seven Masks Including China and Korean

A collection of seven masks from around the world in paper mache, wood, rosewood, ceramic, and porcelain. Featured are a carved wooden and painted Korean dance drama mask, a framed Hanuman mask from Thailand, a porcelain mask from Venice Italy, two small ceramic masks from New Orleans, a paper mache mask artesania El Mocho mask from Venezuela, and a rosewood mask with bone inlay from the People’s Republic of China.

All include hanging hardware to the verso.

Condition

- scuff mark on nose of small New Orleans mask.
- corners of horned mask starting to delaminate.
- fabric in frame of mask from Thailand is slightly faded.
