Antique Longcase Clock with Hand-Painted Dial

Item Details

An antique longcase clock featuring a carved broken swan pediment; an arched opening with a hand-painted upper dial and a white face with black Roman numerals, two key arbors and opernwork hands. It has a rectangular case with a wood door that opens to reveal a metal pendulum and weights. The clock sits on a rectangular plinth with a shaped apron. No visible maker’s marks are present.
