Hermès of Paris "Brides de Gala" Silk Twill Scarf

An Hermès of Paris silk twill scarf in the Brides de Gala pattern. Designed by Hugo Grygkar and first released in 1957, this scarf is from a more recent re-issue. The print features an equestrian motif with harness, stirrups and bits in shades of grey, gold tone, white and pale pink. Markings include “Brides de Gala par Hermès Paris” and “Hermès”. The scarf is hand-rolled and hand-stitched on the edge. It is labeled to the verso, ‘Made in France, 100% Silk, Dry Clean Only’.
