Item Details

A vintage Chinese red lacquered chest. This rectangular, lid top chest with conforming case features a floral painted design throughout. The chest opens to a removable tray with various sized storage compartments. The chest terminates on bracket feet and wooden wheels. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- marks and scratches throughout; finish is flaked off and peeling all over, but especially on front and side; chips to face and corners; some wood trim components found inside are missing/broken.
