1876 Harrison Brothers & Howson English Weighted Sterling Candlesticks
Item Details
A pair of antique weighted sterling silver candlesticks by Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield, England. The candlesticks feature a stope fluted columnar designs with beaded accents to their round bobeches and squared pedestal bases. These pieces are hallmarked to their bases and are additionally marked with passant sterling fineness marks, Sheffield crown city marks, and 1876 letter ‘J’ date marks. The removable sterling bobeches have a total approximate weight of 1.745 ozt.
