A Louis XIV Style pictorial wall mirror. This mirror has an amorphous shape, housed in an ornately designed gilt and gesso frame. The frame features colorful hand-painted figurative scenes throughout, with gold painted female figures and mythological creatures. The frame is accented with elaborate gilt finished rocaille motifs to the lower corners, with acanthus leaf motifs to the crest and sides. There are no visible markings to this mirror.
