A limited edition serigraph print titled Okta Sarga by listed artist Victor Vassarely (France/Hungary; 1906 – 1997). The print depicts an Op Art composition featuring an orb-like shape made of gridded blue, orange, pink, and red shapes that seems to bulge three-dimensionally towards the viewer. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right and numbered 46/250 in graphite to the lower left. It is matted in white and presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire. A certificate of authenticity from Park West Gallery and information about the artist are attached to the verso.

Widely considered a father of the Op Art movement, Vasarely was known for his colorful paintings and serigraphs. The artist took inspiration from various European influences including Bauhaus design principles, Surrealism, Constructivism, and Wassily Kandinsky (Russian, 1866 – 1944). Vasarely’s works are noted for their ability to create illusionary depth with color, geometric repetition, and strong graphic designs.
