A series of three film photographs by columbus artist Deborah Smith-Shank. The photographs are of the neon sign graveyard in Las Vegas. Deborah L. Smith-Shank is Emeritus Professor and former chair of the Department of Arts Administration, Education and Policy at The Ohio State University. She is also Emeritus Professor of Art & Design at Northern Illinois University. Her artwork is self-referential and while she was trained as a painter, her current work primarily uses mixed-media. Her art and research is involved with material culture and social justice examined through semiotic and feminist lenses.
