A vintage palladium brooch or fur clip by Tiffany & Co. The brooch exhibits a 44.02 carat aquamarine stone front and center crowned by diamonds and sapphires with surrounding garlands of additional diamonds. At the base of the brooch are additional sapphires and a cluster of diamonds. In total, the brooch has 47.98 ctw in gemstones including 2.48 ctw in diamonds.
