C. 1930s German Stradivarius Copy 4/4 Conservatory Violin with Case
Item Details
A vintage full size (4/4) conservatory violin in the style of Antonio Stradivari, circa 1930s. This German made string instrument features a maple construction with a spruce top as well as an ebony fingerboard and tailpiece. It also has a wooden bridge and chin rest. The scroll is marked ‘Conservatory Violin Straduarius’ to verso, and a label inside the sound hole reads ‘Anno 1757 Carlo Bergonzi, fece in Cremona.’ A faux lizard skin hard case is included with spare Black Diamond violin strings.
