A vintage hardcover copy of the Music Lover’s Encyclopedia, compiled by Rupert Hughes and published 1939 by Garden City Publishing of New York. This is a later printing of the first edition. It contains a dictionary of musicians, some sort musician biographies, a dictionary of musical instruments and terms, and various ‘special articles’. Bound in a gray cloth hardcover with a stamped design to the front and gilt lettering to the spine.
