A rectangular snuff box made from 900 silver. The piece has a hinged lid with engraved foliate motifs around images of a sailing ship and village church. It features a gold washed interior with a ‘CM’ maker’s mark for Charles Maas and Company, London pipe manufacturers. It is marked 900 and has an approximate weight of 2.215 ozt.
