Vintage Chinese Black Lacquered Coffee Table with Nesting Stools

A vintage Chinese coffee table with four nesting stools. This set includes a round top table with black lacquered finish featuring a landscape scene depicting cranes and trees presented with stone and mother of pearl inlay. The table features carved apron sides with decorative face above each tapering leg terminating on claw and ball feet. Also includes nesting stools with triangular, beveled edge seats over carved apron sides rising on tapering legs with claw and ball feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- light staining and discoloration throughout; chips to edges; scratches and scuffs present; dust throughout.
