Large Antique Filing Cabinet

An antique oak filing cabinet/ card catalog. This large piece has two tambour doors that each raise to eighteen drawers in two stacks. These thirty-six total dovetailed drawers each have a half-circle recess at the top center, flanked by a metal plate on each side; the plates hold metal paper guards in place.

-Cabinet: heavy patina, marks, scratches, wear, minor chips and scuffs throughout; key not included.
- Drawers: all are present and roll-front works smoothly; 18 drawers in good condition; 18 drawers in various states of damage (chips to front, loose sides, unglued joints, cracks, and broken sides); all drawers have varying degrees of stickers/ adhesive residue to fronts and bottom insides; several drawers have spring loaded metal paper guards intact.
